Chance exemplified the meaning
of a “show dog”. However, he had various understandings of the term. There
were times he stepped into the show ring and performed with the beauty
and grace of a star. There were times he decided to “show” us that he had
a mind of his own. But always, always he “showed off” in true Boxer form,
regal and strong, comical and affectionate. He was the keeper of the peace
in our family of fur kids, our gentle giant, but always the first one to
run to the window and bark wildly to protect us from the UPS man, the school
bus, the little beagle walking down the street :-)

Chance was our first show dog,
our first champion, our baby boy.
Our passion for Boxers will surely
bring a few more throughout our life.
We will love and be devoted to them
all but there will never be
another that can quite fill these
empty paw prints.
He truly was our once in a lifetime.
We love and miss you terribly our Chancey
Man.
